TrainNest Account Deletion

This page explains how TrainNest users can request deletion of their app account and associated data. You can use this page even if you have already uninstalled the TrainNest app.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your TrainNest account, contact Kazverse Technologies through the contact form at https://kazverse.com/contact-us/.
In your message, please include:
- The subject line: TrainNest Account Deletion
- The email address used for your TrainNest account
- Your name or profile name, if available
- Your phone number only if you added one to your TrainNest account
Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
What data is deleted
When your deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your TrainNest account, including:
- Account profile information such as name, email address, phone number if provided, and profile details
- Workout plans, workout history, exercise logs, progress data, bodyweight entries, and app state saved to your account
- Friend profile relationships, friend permissions, and comparison data linked to your account
- Profile photos uploaded through the app, where those files are stored only for your TrainNest account
- Authentication sessions or tokens controlled by TrainNest
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited time when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or service integrity. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
Deletion timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Google sign-in users
If you used Google sign-in with TrainNest, deleting your TrainNest account does not delete your Google account. You can also review or revoke app access from your Google Account settings.
