TrainNest Privacy Policy

TrainNest is a workout tracker and gym log app provided by Kazverse Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains what information TrainNest collects, how it is used, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion of their account data.
Information we collect
When you use TrainNest, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: name, email address, password authentication data, phone number if provided, and login status.
- Google sign-in information: if Google sign-in is available in your build and you choose to use it, we receive a Google identity token and basic account information needed to authenticate your TrainNest account.
- Workout and fitness content: workout plans, workout history, exercise logs, progress data, bodyweight entries, comparisons, and app state saved to your account.
- Profile and friend features: profile details, profile photo, friend profiles, friend permissions, and related settings that you choose to use in the app.
- Photos and media: if you choose to update your profile image, the app asks for access to your photo library so you can select and upload a profile photo. We do not access your photo library unless you start that action.
- Technical information: IP address, device or app information, server logs, and security information needed to operate, debug, protect, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your TrainNest account.
- Sync workouts, plans, progress, profile data, and settings across sessions.
- Display profile photos, friend profiles, comparisons, and workout history inside the app.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service security.
- Comply with legal, security, and operational obligations.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when needed to operate TrainNest, including with hosting, database, storage, authentication, security, and support providers. If you use Google sign-in, Google processes information according to Google’s own policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to protect users and the service from abuse.
Advertising and tracking
TrainNest does not use advertising SDKs in the current mobile app. We do not sell user data for advertising purposes.
Data retention
We keep account and workout data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. If you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize account data associated with your TrainNest account unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices and rights
You may update certain profile and workout information in the app. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your TrainNest account data by contacting us through the Kazverse contact page or by using the TrainNest account deletion page.

Children’s privacy
TrainNest is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including HTTPS for data transmission and access controls for account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, service, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
